Любой капиталист знает КАКОЙ самый главный, самый трудный вопрос в бизнесе. Принято считать, что самый трудный вопрос: это вопрос: «Как заработать денег?». Это не так! Самый трудный вопрос: «как сохранить, как сберечь накопленное, как не потерять заработанное?» ответов может быть много, один из них – покупка недвижимости.
Старая шутка-вопрос гласит: «Чем богатый человек отличается от бедного? ответ – богатый тот, у кого есть недвижимость за границей!»

Следующий вопрос: «Где в Болгарии надо покупать недвижимость?» Вопрос очень серьезный, ибо есть Черноморское побережье, горы и горные курорты, Столица и бальнео-курорты, - выбор большой! и все же – ГДЕ? И ПОЧЕМУ?
Что бы ответить на эти вопросы лично я полгода ездил по-Болгарии. Вот мои наблюдения и выводы.
Цена недвижимости, как известно, определяется тремя факторами: во-1-х,- МЕСТОПОЛОЖЕНИЕМ, во-2-х, - МЕСТОПОЛОЖЕНИЕМ, и в -3-х,- МЕСТОПОЛОЖЕНИЕМ!
Поэтому выбор МЕСТА покупки – это главный вопрос! |
